


COSMIC YOGA CLASSES
Posture Lab – Beginners Yoga
Slow Flow
Restore your parasympathetic nervous system with this slow moving, gentle blend of vinyasa flow and foundational postures. A great starting point for all, this class is ideal for all levels, including beginners and experienced students. This class is unheated, and practised in our lakeside YIN room.
Cosmic Yoga – Our Signature Class
This heated Vinyasa class, focuses on yoga technique, breath, and mindfulness. This dynamic, warming flow aims to create space within the body, build muscle strength and bring clarity to mind.
Yoga Conditioning
A 1hr session of dynamic strength training & functional mobility with the mindful principles & breathing techniques of yoga concluding with restorative recovery. The class is intended to increase overall fitness, body & mind awareness, range of motion & aid in recovery.
Attune
A non-heated, 20/20/20 style class, incorporating Vinyasa, YIN and Yoga Nidra/Meditation. An all round practice which builds heat in the body, works deep into the muscles and finishes with a restorative yogi sleep.
Yin Yoga
Relaxing and Nurturing. This class is a beautiful balance to a stronger dynamic practice.
Yin Yoga is an ancient practice that is designed to stretch the body and work into connective fascial tissue. Cultivating a sense of surrender, each pose is held for up to 5 minutes and apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body – the tendons, fascia, and ligaments – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. A powerfully therapeutic class, this style of yoga is suitable for everybody!
