Foundations Yoga

Held in our blissful lake front YIN room, Foundations yoga classes are slow and specific – not to be confused with easy. Foundations yoga helps build a wealthy knowledge of basic sequences and asanas, as well as drawing on pranayama and meditation techniques to create a balanced practice. Perfect for beginner yogis, as well as intermediate yoga students looking to refine their technique.

Warm Flow Yoga

A flowing yoga sequence practiced in our YANG studio room and heated to 28 degrees. Warm Flow Yoga is a moderate paced yoga class that will build strong foundations and experiment with transitions and playful flows. Perfect for those looking to transition from Foundations, as well as more intermediate students who enjoy a good, honest yoga flow.

Contemporary Hot Yoga

We turn up the heat in Contemporary Hot Yoga! Practiced in our YANG studio and heated to 38 degrees, Contemporary Hot Yoga is a dynamic and changing sequence that links breath with movement. Drawing on practices of pranayama and asana, this hot yoga class will assist in cultivating flexibility and strength in both body and mind.

Progressive Flow Yoga

With an emphasis on technical alignment, postural core strength and balance this slower, flow-based yoga class focuses on activating individual muscles and/or body parts. Suitable for all levels looking to deepen their yoga practice.

YIN Yoga

Relaxing and Nurturing. This class is a beautiful balance to a stronger dynamic practice.
Yin Yoga is an ancient practice that is designed to stretch the body and work into connective fascial tissue. Cultivating a sense of surrender, each pose is held for up to 5 minutes and apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body – the tendons, fascia, and ligaments – with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. A more meditative approach to yoga, yin aims at cultivating awareness of inner silence, and bringing to light a universal, interconnecting quality. A powerfully therapeutic class, this style of yoga is suitable for everybody!

AntiGravity Yoga (or Aerial Yoga)

Held in YIN our AntiGravity Yoga classes (also known as Aerial Yoga) are a fun and playful, helping to build self confidence, as well as strength and flexibility. The stretchy hammocks allow the freedom to enjoy zero compression inversions. Great for all ages and levels.

Meditation Classes

Meditation is a perfect addition to your yoga practice, helping to cultivate stillness and calmness in the mind. Held in our lakefront Yin room, this blissful and calming practice creates a safe space for students to surrender and let go of any stresses, anxieties and fears.
